Saw a late movie, and woke up late. Tired during the swim, but punched out some good yards.
around lap 26 started swimming the first length at higher speed, then recovery length for about 10 laps.
Swim: 1866 yds - 36:48 (1:58/100yd pace, a little faster) longest swim so far.

Run: 8 miles - 1:20:00 (overcast and cool with rain last 2 miles)
Yesterday, Tuesday, July 17th:
Swim - 1500 yds - 29:53 (2:00/100yd pace = 42:00 swim time) :(
Run - 4 miles - 36:26 fast for me, hot outside
Today, Wednesday, July 18th:
Swim: 933 yds - 19:07 (2:03 pace)
Bike: 24 miles - 1:45:00 down the provo river parkway trail. lots of traffic: people walking, other bikes etc)

At end of run was near heat exhaustion.
Nauseous, and dehydrated
drank fluids and rested before cool shower.
